The Faculty of Graduate Studies, along with the rest of York University, will be closed Monday, July 3 to observe the Canada Day holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, July 4 at 8:30am and will be happy to serve you then.

The Kostas Tsotsos Graduate Award will provide support for masters and doctoral students whose research is related to Greek History, Hellenic Studies, History, Law, Mathematics, or Science. Value: $2,000.
IDRC Research Award 2018

Fulbright Canada Student Awards

The Health System Impact Fellowship provides highly-qualified individuals with a doctorate degree in health services and policy research, or related fields, a unique opportunity to apply their research and analytic talents to critical challenges in health system and related organizations outside of the traditional scholarly setting and to develop professional experience, new skills, and networks. Value: $70,000 per annum, plus research allowance.

TA certificate in Teaching (TACT) for Fall 2017 or Winter 2018. If you’ve completed TACT, you are eligible for the Senior Teaching Assistant (STA) Course, September 2017 to May 2018. We also have Course Design Workshops for Graduate Students July 12, 2017 and July 19, 2017.

This is a call to conversation. We are gathering scholars, community members, activists, artists, students, youth, and traditional knowledge holders to dialogue on the work being done in two-spirit (2S) and queer people of colour (QPOC) communities at the University of Winnipeg. We call on our communities and institutions to act in a spirit of reconciliation.
